Ground level offers a game room with a newly refinished solid slate POOL TABLE, VIDEO GAMES, a Wii, a PacMan Arcade Game, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and two queen bedrooms making a total sleeping capacity of 13 guests. High-Speed WIFI throughout home as well as YouTube TV in the living room. Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 25%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in
Everyone in our family absolutely loved this VRBO. From the sleeping loft, to the Coffee / Waffle Bar on the main level, to the pool table, Pacman machine, and hot tub in the basement, everything was well thought out and lovely. We would be delighted to stay here again should the need arise and the property be available.

Wonderful home
The Valley View was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving get-together. The open kitchen and dining room was perfect for meal preparation. The living room was large enough for all of us. We will definitely try to reserve this home again!

Great stay in the mountains!
This is our second time at this property and everyone in our group had a wonderful time! The house has great Mountain Views but is still very close to a lot of things to do and places to eat. The kids love the giant loft area as well as the game room!
