This Smoky Mountain vacation rental is perfect for two couples or up to six with two queens in one bedroom, and a king in the other. Peaceful, with majestic long range view of Plott Balsam Smoky Mountains.
From the porch swing hear the rushing head waters of Jonathan Creek that runs through Maggie Valley, a major tributary to the Pigeon river. Sawtooth has two full baths and two bedrooms, outdoor seating with tables, charcoal grill, Hot Tub, sun deck with Smoky Mountain view. Stoke up the Buck-stove wood burning fireplace. High-speed WiFi provided by Starlink throughout the home. Roku TVs in main bedroom and living room (YouTube TV provided).

Mostly paved access.
Only one dog is allowed and it must be under 35 lbs. A separate, one-time fee of $75 will be added onto your reservation. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog.
**Note -- for reservations between Nov and April you MUST have FOUR WHEEL DRIVE and understand that it may snow and you can get snowed in!! We do not cover the cost of towing if you get stuck**

Reservations
Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 25%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

The only thing i can say negative about this place is the driveway is narrow, i absolutely loved the place!!! I will be back again.

This was a great getaway for the holiday The elevation, the views, the friendly townspeople, the house was all amazing. Very relaxing time, very clean spacious house, lovely hot tub and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to return! The property manager was very friendly and we will be back again! I highly recommend one of their properties, you will absolutely love every minute of your stay!
