This delightful and secluded 3 Bedroom/2 full bath rustic log cabin offers a cozy, private retreat surrounded by nature. The stone wood-burning fireplace provides the perfect warmth while relaxing with friends and family. Fast WIFI allows you to do business or stream shows on the smart TV. Step outside to the backyard, and sit on the chairs or swing to enjoy the cool, crisp air at 3,800 feet. The covered porch is ideal for savoring morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the creek below. Although Ivy's Cabin is not quite a Ski n’ Ski out, it has extremely convenient access to Cataloochee Ski Area.
This home has a STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY. You must have 4WD if visiting between the months of November and April.
**Note -- for reservations between Nov and April you MUST have FOUR WHEEL DRIVE and understand that it may snow and you can get snowed in!! We do not cover the cost of towing if you get stuck**

Reservations
Call Paul or Katie at (828) 926-9681, to set up your reservation today! If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 25%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

Ivy’s Cabin is amazing. It is even better than the VRBO description. One little suggestion would better signage to get you to Ivy’s Cabin but after you are there once it’s not a big deal! Sitting relaxing on the porch after a day of exploring the beautiful mountains is the best part of the day!

We were in the area for a wedding at Cataloochee Ranch. This cabin was perfectly located. Also it was super clean, updated, comfortable, full of little touches, and really private. Perfect for two. Perfect for a family. Owners were so accommodating—which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend. We'll be back.
