Walk out onto the front porch and be captivated by the mountain views while you soak in the HOT TUB. The ridge line you are looking at is the Great Smoky Mountain National Park! This home boasts hardwood floors, an open floor plan, two fireplaces, and huge windows that bring in natural light. Enjoy the large master suite with an en suite bathroom upstairs. A loft with a trundle bed is available for additional guests. Downstairs offers space for entertainment with a gas fireplace, pool table, Smart TV, lounge area, and a Brand New Sauna! High-speed WIFI is included throughout the home.
**We allow one dog under 30 lbs for a one-time fee of $75 + tax (Please let us know if you are bringing a pet). The main deck has a little gate so your pet can roam about freely while you are relaxing outside!** NO smoking on the premises.
Linens and towels are provided.

Reservations
Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 25%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

This home was perfect for our family of 4, and we would definitely come back and stay here again. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful to come home to after spending the day exploring the area. The location is stunning, but believe them when they say to plan your first arrival before dark. The dirt road is winding and a bit bumpy, and the driveway is daunting the first time. The house was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving stay. It was nice to have a wood fire on the main floor, and also charming to have the basement gas fire while we played pool and hung out. We highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!
