Reservations
Call Paul or Katie at (828) 926-9681, to set up your reservation today! If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 25%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

Ivy’s Cabin is amazing. It is even better than the VRBO description. One little suggestion would better signage to get you to Ivy’s Cabin but after you are there once it’s not a big deal! Sitting relaxing on the porch after a day of exploring the beautiful mountains is the best part of the day!

We were in the area for a wedding at Cataloochee Ranch. This cabin was perfectly located. Also it was super clean, updated, comfortable, full of little touches, and really private. Perfect for two. Perfect for a family. Owners were so accommodating—which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend. We'll be back.
