The open floor plan features a soaring two-story great room with glowing wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen includes modern appliances (including an induction stove top), dishwasher, and microwave, with plenty of room for shared meals and conversation.

Enjoy the outdoors with expansive decking, a large open yard, and a charcoal grill for cookouts. A playhouse offers fun for kids, while the peaceful mountain setting provides space to unwind.
The cabin is easily accessed year-round by paved roads and has a flat driveway with plenty of parking—motorcycle-friendly and suitable for small trailers (please inquire if bringing a larger trailer).

There is no trash pickup on the mountain. Guests must take trash to the designated dumpster before checkout or may leave $5 per bag (maximum 4 bags) for cleaners to handle disposal.

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the home
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• Dogs considered (must be disclosed and approved before arrival for an additional fee of $75 per dog)
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years

Reservations
Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 50%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

This home was at the top of our vacation home stays and I mean this literally and figuratively. The view was awesome and accommodations were super.
