The loft area also includes foosball and a regulation-size ping-pong table, offering fun for all ages with incredible mountain views as the backdrop.

❄️ Access & Travel Note
A 4-Wheel Drive vehicle is highly recommended year round and REQUIRED Nov-April (it CAN snow anytime between Nov 1 & April 30). The final mile of the road is gravel, with a steep, bumpy section (not muddy). The road is not suitable for trailers.
🗑 Guest Notes
There is no trash pickup on the mountain. Guests must take trash to the designated dumpster before checkout or may leave $5 per bag (maximum 4 bags) for cleaners to handle disposal.

• Check-in after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the home
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• One small dog under 35 lbs (must be disclosed before arrival)
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years
• Please respect neighbors and the mountain environment

Reservations
Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 50%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

We enjoyed this property immensely; the hot tub is a nice touch. The road up to the property is rough and 4-wheel drive made it much more manageable. Overall we would book this property again, very beautiful view of Smokies especially when it snows!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in "Awesome View". The name is certainly accurate. If you are planning on this you NEED a 4WD vehicle. The driveway is steep and narrow and you would not want to be on this without 4WD. With that said the listing is accurate and you should do fine with the terrain as long as you are prepared. The cabin was very nice and we had a great stay.

The driveway is steep and narrow and you would not want to be on this without 4WD. With that said the listing is accurate and you should do fine with the terrain as long as you are prepared. The cabin was very nice and we had a great stay.
