🛏 Trundle bed on the lower level
🛋 Day bed in the game room
🛁 3 Full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower on the main level
Enjoy the warm, rustic charm of a true mountain getaway while having all the comforts of home—including central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and an open-concept living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

A 4-Wheel Drive or All-Wheel Drive vehicle is required from November through April due to potential snow and ice at higher elevations.
🗑 Guest Notes
There is no trash pickup on the mountain. Guests are responsible for taking trash to the designated dumpster before checkout—or may leave $5 per bag (maximum 4 bags) for cleaners to handle disposal.
🏠 House Rules
• Check-in after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the home
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• One small dog under 35 lbs (must be disclosed before arrival)
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years
• Please respect neighbors and the mountain environment

Reservations
Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 50%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |
