🚗 Access & Seasonal Travel Note
A 4-Wheel Drive or All-Wheel Drive vehicle is required during the winter months (December through mid-April) due to possible snow and icy mountain roads. The property is accessible year-round, but conditions can change quickly at higher elevations, so please plan accordingly for a safe arrival.
🗑 Guest Notes
There is no trash pickup on Utah Mountain. Guests are responsible for taking trash to the designated dumpster before checkout—or may leave $5 per bag (maximum 4 bags) for cleaners to handle disposal. Thank you for helping keep the mountain clean and beautiful!

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the home
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM

Reservations
Call (828) 926-9681 today and make your reservation. If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 50%). No refunds are made with less than 14 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

We spent a wonderful week with family during Christmas and it was amazing! The journey up the mountain, though nearly 3 miles, was an adventure in itself, leading us to breathtaking views. Each morning, we were greeted by the most spectacular sunrises. We were able to spend time in Waynesville and Maggie Valley, went skiing, visited Bryson City and Cherokee where we saw plenty of Elk. Truly a memorable holiday experience! And the best part was we were able to bring our furry family with us! Would recommend!

Everything was great from the time we arrived until the time of our departure. The house was clean and comfortable, including a beautiful view of the valley below Utah Mountain. Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes who manage the property were great and made sure our stay went off without a hitch. They were helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and plan to return in the future.

This place was nothing short of amazing, very well stocked in the kitchen. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The view from the back deck was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this house.
