Reservations
Call Paul or Katie at (828) 926-9681 to set up your reservation today! If you are mailing a check, reservations can be held for one week upon request, allowing time for receipt of your deposit. Any other payments are due at the time of booking. The balance must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: Ask us about travel insurance! If you cancel at least 30 days before your planned arrival, your payment will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice but at least 15 days' notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit (which is 25%). No refunds are made with less than 15 days' notice. The $55 reservation fee is NON-refundable. |

Perfect house! Breathtaking view!
This house was perfect for our ski trip to Maggie Valley. The lay out worked extremely well for 2 families. The kitchen is well stocked and the pots and pans were updated and clean. The ski slope is literally only a 5 min drive which made our commutes very smooth. The house truly had everything we needed. The bonus room was a pleasant surprise as well. Thank you for a wonderful trip and precious memories. And the managing company was fabulous as well.

Perfect Family Getaway!
The Wren's Nest was absolutely beautiful!! The view from the back deck was picturesque, the house was immaculate and there was plenty of room for the 11 of us. It was very well stocked with all your basic needs plus some! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for that relaxing vacation they've been yearning for.

Autumn Blazes
This place has the most spectacular views in autumn!!! My husband and I came here for a much needed fall respite and boy did it deliver and then some!!! This home is absolutely welcoming, comfortable and beautiful in every way… we enjoyed every second we were here, as well as the tapestry of fall colors amongst the mountains… felt like a King and Queen on top the mountain. Would love to bring our family back next time.
